The main role is to complete repairs and replacements of smaller defects on non-conforming products as well as further analysis and diagnosis of larger defects to be then escalated to the relevant teams.Key Responsibilities: Identify, diagnose, and repair quality defects and part shortages. Report defects, issues and repair requirements to the supervisory team Be able to identify quality defects.
