This role, based in East London, requires a proactive individual to ensure efficient office operations and support the broader team effectively.Client DetailsThis 12month maternity contract requires you to be in the office 4 days a week and manage an office of 75 people.DescriptionAs the Office Manager, you will: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership.Assist with administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence.Support onboarding processes for new team members.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.Collaborate with various departments to streamline office operations.Provide support for ad hoc projects and tasks as required.ProfileA successful Office Manager should have: Proven experience in office administration or managementStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in office software and systems.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and solution-focused mindset.Job OfferYou will be rewarded with a salary of 40k-50k with a bonus.
