Location: Birmingham
Basic Salary: Up to -30,000 Depending on Experience & OTE: -35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (8:30am - 12:00pm)

The Role: Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you''ll be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, managing the customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
-Acting as the main point of contact throughout the service and repair process
-Liaising with technicians and workshop colleagues to monitor work in progress
-Keeping customers informed of repair updates, costs and completion times
-Explaining recommended repairs and additional work clearly
-Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
-Preparing invoices and ensuring accurate customer records
-Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels

What We''re Looking For
-Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
-Experience upselling additional work, products or services
-Comfortable using dealership management systems such as Keyloop, eDynamix or 1link
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
-Full UK driving licence
