A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting part-time Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary - permanent position working 2 days a week (flexible on days) 8:00am - 4:30pm and paying -12.71 per hour.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Receiving and processing orders where necessary
- Updating customers regarding orders
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
- Previous office customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- A degree of flexibility
