We are seeking a commercially driven, technically confident Client Development and Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional contract delivery. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings credibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering value across the sector. Drive Sales and Growth Achieve agreed sales targets across existing and new accounts. Identify and secure new client partnerships Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that clearly demonstrate value. Oversee Contract Performance Ensure all client contracts meet or exceed commitments, order values, and KPIs. Collaborate with internal operational teams to maintain consistent service delivery. Identify risks or performance gaps and drive corrective actions. Build Strong Client Relationships Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and opportunities. Expand networks by engaging with new prospective clients and partners.
