About the role: This is an entry-level role designed for individuals passionate about technology and eager to develop a solid foundation in IT infrastructure. You will support the IT team by assisting with basic troubleshooting tasks, configuring systems, and maintaining various IT environments under the guidance of experienced professionals. Your role will involve learning and applying core principles of IT, cloud computing, networking, and operating systems. Part of the role involves getting our medical hardware devices ready to be sent to the customers which will include some building and assembling of peripheral elements and testing the devices to check they are suitable for dispatch. You will gradually develop skills that enable you to communicate effectively with team members and eventually manage tasks independently, following appropriate training and mentoring.
