About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a high-quality nursery in Warwick in recruiting three dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join their professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals seeking stable, permanent positions within a supportive nursery environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children''s learning, development, and wellbeing across all age groups
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Maintain accurate observations and assessments to track children''s progress
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional nursery team
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
• Support daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive nursery culture

What We''re Looking For

Essential:

• Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised qualification)
• Previous nursery or early years experience (desirable)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Caring, professional, and reliable approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

Desirable:

• Experience working across different age ranges (0–5 years)
• Paediatric First Aid certification
