Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer seeking a new and rewarding opportunity? Join a leading name in the building services sector, where your expertise will help support the smooth running of critical environments.

This position will be completing planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties, F gas will be required for this position. 

Duties:

• Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems
• Ensuring optimal temperature and humidity control through effective HVAC system management
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, Crac units and split units. 
• Acting as a first responder for issues related to power supply systems, including switchgear, UPS units, and generators
• Supporting the operation and maintenance of fire suppression systems
• Monitoring and enhancing system performance through environmental control systems

• FGAS certified (Category 1)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• Solid electrical knowledge (18th Edition qualification is a strong advantage)
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites for both PPM and emergency work
• Comfortable with being part of a call-out rota (1 in 4 weeks)
• A full UK driving licence is essential
