Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off Nights Salary £43,000 to £49,000 plus Benefits ( Dependent on experience and qualifications) What You Will Do: Perform planned preventative maintenance across the site to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively, reducing the impact on production.Identify improvement opportunities for machine performance and recommend practical solutions.Complete engineering paperwork accurately to support compliance and audit readiness.Coordinate and supervise external contractors onsite, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.Maintain a clean and safe work area and keep detailed records of engineering tasks.
