Project Manager - Packaging Artwork

Location:-Hybrid (Witham / Hemel Hempstead & Working From Home)

Role:-Our leading client is looking for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager to-support the-project team in delivering a very high volume of packaging artwork changes.

• Manage and track artwork projects
• Work closely with clients and internal teams
• Support project delivery from briefing through implementation
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure deadlines and artwork approval processes are followed
• Manage and process cutter guides, preflighting checks, workflows, linking existing artwork, complete pre-artwork process
• Act as the primary point of contact for artwork studio queries

The production team handles much of the technical artwork execution, meaning the Project Manager''s-role is focused on organisation, communication and project management rather than artwork creation.

Requirements:

• Experience within packaging artwork
• Worked within a packaging agency, ideally working on FMCG branded and retail accounts
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience managing deadlines
• Comfortable working closely with clients and cross-functional teams
• People-oriented and relationship-driven
• A confident, clear communicator
• Sociable and approachable
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Calm under pressure and comfortable working independently
