We''re partnering with an ambitious Bristol-based business to appoint a Head of Finance who will drive financial strategy, strengthen core processes, and play a key role in shaping future growth.About the RoleAs Head of Finance, you will be the financial backbone of the organisation, partnering with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility across financial planning, reporting, compliance, and performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function with ownership of management accounts, forecasting and budgetingProduce accurate and timely financial reporting and board packsDrive annual planning, scenario modelling and cashflow forecastingEnsure robust financial controls and compliance with statutory requirementsPartner with commercial teams to add insight into profitability, pricing and cost managementManage and develop finance team members (accountants/analysts)Oversee relationships with external stakeholders (auditors, banks, tax advisors)About YouQualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experienceStrong commercial mindset with experience in an SME / high-growth environmentHands-on experience owning month-end close and management reportingExcellent communicator
