We''re working with a fantastic Bath-based education charity to recruit a new Head of Operations at an exciting point in its development. This is a broad and influential role, overseeing the organisation''s central operations across finance, facilities, data and insight, and administration. You''ll manage a team of experienced functional leads and create the effective ''engine room'' that allows the wider organisation to focus on delivering for its beneficiaries. The role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you''ll take responsibility for the smooth and effective running of central operations, with a particular focus on finance and financial planning, alongside organisational resilience, risk, compliance and continuous improvement.
