Key responsibilities include: Acting as a confident and professional communicator with both internal teams and external customers Handling incoming customer enquiries and processing sales orders Preparing and coordinating sales orders for delivery Planning delivery routes, using your logistical understanding to ensure efficiency Reporting any customer service or sales issues to the Sales and Customer Service Manager Maintaining and updating customer records accurately using SAP Liaising with multiple departments to ensure seamless collaboration Ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of everything you doThe PersonWe are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, or similar Knowledge of transport management systems (adva
