The RoleAs a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:Carrying out the chemical processing and decontamination of components.Handling and storing chemicals safely in accordance with company procedures.Undertaking manual inspection duties using standard equipment.Supporting the smooth flow of work through the department.Working closely with production, quality and engineering teams.Assisting with internal and external audits.Identifying and reporting issues with production documentation.Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.Carrying out facilities checks and supporting general operational tasks.Assisting with team training and process improvements where required.Additional hours may occasionally be required to meet operational or customer requirements.
