Internal Sales Executive
Title: Internal Sales Executive Duties: Hit and exceed call and sales targets Complete both inbound and outbound calls (incoming calls answered within 3 rings) Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers Build and maintain a steady growth of new customers Answer technical questions and provide solutions from our product range Quote prices to customer as and when required Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Be the first point of contact for customer issue. Attend monthly staff meetings and daily sales huddles You will require: Self-motivation, drive, and a positive winning attitude Outstanding negotiation skills Strong arithmetic ability Excellent knowledge of English with professional communication and interpersonal skills A passion to exceed targets A hunger for sales Proven experience in telesales or other sales Ability to learn technical products, to enable effective selling to customers Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Strong attention to detail Experience in the resin and / or building flooring industry (not required, but preferred) Further details: Office based, in Kempston, Bedford Full time: 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch. Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per annum plus bonus and commission scheme Paid monthly 20 holidays per annum plus bank holidays, plus one day per year of service up to 5 yea
