This is what you''ll be doingPlanning and carrying out development and validation testing on new and existing productsGathering, analysing and interpreting performance data to support engineering decisionsProducing clear technical documentation and detailed test reports for internal and external useSupporting New Product Development (NPD) activity from concept through to production releaseContributing to DFMEA, DFM and DFA reviews and helping to resolve technical challengesWorking collaboratively with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve performance and reliabilityOccasionally visiting group or customer sites to support testing and development programmesThe experience you''ll bring to the teamHND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experien
