Manufacturing Engineer Reporting to: Operations and Engineering Manager We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in developing, optimising, and sustaining our manufacturing processes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Operations, Quality, and Customers, contributing directly to the successful delivery of high-quality products on time and at competitive cost. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve efficient manufacturing processes for both new and existing components, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and lead-time requirements. Provide sustaining engineering and hands-on shop floor support to maintain production output, investigate technical issues, and resolve internal non-conformances.
