Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Program and Project, Global Sourcing to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) team. This role is located in London, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on ESO platforms such as Ivalua, KY3P, SirionLabs, Oracle, and related ESO processes.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, collaborating with developers to ensure solutions meet business requirements and proactively resolve issues.Create and maintain high-quality process documentation, e-learning materials, and system guides to support ESO platform adoption and optimization.Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve workflows, tools, and methodologies, enhancing operational resilience and data-driven decision-making.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in business systems analysis, including requirement elicitation, data analysis, and solution design.Expertise in modern software tools and platforms used in enterprise sourcing, with strong understanding of SQL and business intelligence tools.Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, process improvement, and team collaboration.Strong project management skills with experience using digital automation and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, PPM).Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages.Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners.Awards and News
