You will work as part of an integrated product team to develop and implement TE Hardware for Qualification and deliver test solutions for the latest power distribution controls products.You will take an innovative approach to problem-solving, demonstrate good people leadership skills, independence, sound technical judgment and be able identify and breakdown complex problems and formulate solutions.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full Test Systems life cycle - from initial requirements through to formal release and supportDevelop and implement TE Hardware for QualificationExecute the requirements, design, implementation, and verification of assigned test systems using sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and product / programme requirementsAct as an engineering interface to the Project Manager, clearly articulating the technical direction and decisions and technically support the project planning and performance metricsLiaise and interface with other functions, e.g. Systems, Hardware, Programmes, Manufacturing, Sustainment, and other stakeholdersAs
