The Role

Communicate regularly with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the successful completion

Focus primarily on the groundworks division of the business

Draft, review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Visit client sites across the UK, as and when required

Handle any contract disputes and conduct amendments when necessary

The Person

Experience in a contracts manager position

Experience in the groundworks / construction industry
