My client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join them on a 12-month FTC. Your new role As a Talent Partner you''ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technology roles within a global IT function. You''ll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles across international teams.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet hiring goals.Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment operations.Track and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions.Schedule interviews across time zones and support onboarding processes.What you''ll need to succeed Structured and detail-orientated Ability to build strong relationships Resilience with the ability to challenge managers Familiar with Recruitment Systems Tech recruitment experience What you''ll get in return Flexible working options available, 2 days in the office 25 days holiday + bank holidayEmployer pension contribution 6%What you need to do now If you''re interested in this
