Technical Sales Manager Sensors - Field-Based UK - £50-£60K plus car + bonus + good benefits Are you a technically strong sales professional with a passion for sensors and engineered solutions? We re partnering with a highly respected, international electronics solutions provider looking to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across their UK Sensors portfolio. This is a field-based role with home office flexibility, offering real autonomy and the opportunity to influence design decisions at engineering level. The Opportunity You ll take ownership of developing and growing the UK sensor market from design-in at engineering stage through to commercial account management. Working with OEMs and design engineers, you ll introduce advanced sensor technologies including: Temperature and environmental sensors MEMS (pressure, accelerometers, gas) Position and load sensors EMECH solutions (switches, interconnect, power) This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where technical credibility is key. What You ll Be Doing Proactively targeting and winning new OEM customers Driving design-in activity with engineers and technical teams Managing and growing existing strategic accounts Negotiating and closing profitable business Building a strong opportunity pipeline and delivering against revenue and margin targets Representing the business at exhibitions and industry events What We re Looking For Proven technical sales or FAE background Experience selling sensor
