The Responsibilities of the Revenue Accounting and Taxation Manager will be:Lead the revenue monitoring and reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely reports to senior stakeholders.Oversee the preparation and review of working papers for the statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.Provide expert advice on statutory reporting, corporate finance, and taxation compliance.Manage and develop a small finance team, providing clear direction, training, and effective performance management.Ensure all VAT and indirect taxation risks are managed effectively, including accurate VAT returns.Contribute to financial strategy and provide technical guidance to elected members and senior managers.Represent the organisation at regional and national forums when required.
