Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-known multi-site brand on their hire for a Finance Manager to join the team.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Financial ControllerMonthly management reporting - forecasting, variance analysis and budgetsPreparing and posting month-end journalsAccuralsRevenue RecognitionLease AccountingBalance Sheet ConciliationsGroup Reporting to US HQKPI analysisBusiness Partnering with internal stakeholdersCashflow/managementSupport external audit - US GAAP into UK GAAP for financial statementsAd hoc analysis as requiredKey Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years in a similar positionStrong technical accounting backgroundACCA/ACA qualifiedConfident Excel user (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Formulas, etc)Strong ERP System experience (SAP would be advantageous but not essential)Please note this role is 4 days a week in the office (Watford area - commutable from Watford Junction) and 1 day at home Salary + 10% bonus, Private Healthcare on offer
