We re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our team! We re passionate about serving great coffee, delicious food and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through our doors. We re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a positive, hardworking team. Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person. Key Responsibilities Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, teas and other beverages. Providing friendly, welcoming and attentive customer service. Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately. Serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised front-of-house area. Clearing tables and keeping the café presentable throughout the day. Following food hygiene, health and safety standards. Restocking fridges, displays and service areas as required. Supporting the wider team during busy periods to ensure smooth day-to-day service. Creating a positive experience that encourages customers to return.
