Your new role As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits processes for Spain and the Netherlands, while supporting UK payroll operations. You''ll act as the first point of contact for employee queries, working closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and benefits administration. You''ll also contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with local legislation across multiple regions.
