Manpower are currently seeking an interim Shopper Marketing Manager, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 65,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.The core purpose of this role is to lead the execution strategy, planning and evaluation of impactful shopper marketing campaigns with our retailers, spanning across all our business units. You will be accountable for the delivery of a clear retailer facing shopper activation plan which links to the BU strategy and key jobs to be done with a seamless connection to the full media plan. You will work closely with both your BU shopper leads and the customer account teams to leverage these plans with our retailers to drive impact and ultimately competitive growth.
