Accounts Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of a busy construction firm. You''ll work closely with the Finance Manager and project teams to ensure the smooth running of accounts, invoicing, and expense reporting.Key Responsibilities:Processing purchase and sales invoicesReconciling supplier statements and managing queriesBank reconciliations and petty cash handlingAssisting with month-end proceduresManaging expense claims using ConcurSupporting with payroll preparationMaintaining accurate financial records using SageGeneral administrative support for the finance departmentRequirements:Proven experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (construction industry experience preferred)Proficiency with Sage (preferred)Experience using SAP (preferred)Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, x/v lookups)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a teamAAT qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential)This is 5 days a week onsite, please only send your CV if you are happy to be on site full time and I will give you a call to discuss a fantastic opportunity with a great Client.
