This is a busy role and would someone looking to develop within a dynamic and growing wholesale clothing company. We are very looking for a candidate who will develop and grow within our existing experienced team. Main duties/responsibilities Working on the following ladieswear categories; wovens, jerseys, loungewear, nightwear, swimwear, underwear.Working closely with design and merchandising teams on a daily basis, providing technical advice from initial design through to bulk production, ensuring garments are fitting correctly, fit for use and produced to a high standard. Working closely with suppliers/factories on a daily basis, maintaining good working relationships and communication and to resolve any production issues quickly and efficiently. Creating technical spec s from original samples or design CADs. Measuring of samples from 1st fit stage through to bulk production. Managing of the fit process from 1st fit through to production approval. Leading fit sessions with design team and independently. Sending clear fit comments with fully amended specs / images / drawings to factories and to ensure high standard is maintained. Advising on grading for bulk production. Production sample approvals. Working to a clear critic
