Job Role: Project ManagerLocation: London / Site and Home-BasedSalary: Circa 450 per day About the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects across the UK Water sector. The role will cover the full project lifecycle, from internal handover through design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, client acceptance and final close out.You will work closely with Tier 1 contractors, UK water companies, subcontractors and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to programme. Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of projects from handover through to completion and close out.Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and commercial performance.Coordinate design, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities.Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.Coordinate project engineers and technical teams to ensure deliverables are produced on time.Manage project documentation, RFIs, approvals, drawings and handover records.Lead project meetings and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, invoicing and margin.Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met.Provide regular project reporting to senior management.
