The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team.Key Actions Reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: strategic commercial arrangements (JVs, SPAs, partnership agreements); IT agreements; and general third party supplier agreementsProvide advice and support to all areas of Vitality''s global businessUndertake legal research as requiredReviewing and drafting a range of documentation, including terms and conditions, product documentation and marketing materialsPromoting and representing the Legal function across the organisation, ensuring strong working relationships between Legal and the whole of the Vitality business What do you need to thrive?
