BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a leading Housing Association. The patch will cover Croydon and Southwark Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management. Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers. Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment. Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability.
