LED / Digital Signage Field Service TechnicianBirmingham and Midlands 35,000 - 38,000 + Overtime + Company VanWe are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to cover Birmingham and the wider Midlands, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a range of digital signage, LED displays, video walls and commercial display systems.This is a field-based position suited to someone with a strong technical mindset who enjoys fault-finding, working independently and getting equipment back up and running at the first opportunity.You''ll be provided with a company van, tools, uniform and full training, with overtime opportunities available.The RoleReporting into the Technical Service team, you will be responsible for:Reactive and planned maintenance of digital signage, LED displays, video walls and standalone commercial displays, both indoor and outdoorDiagnosing faults and carrying out effective on-site repairsWorking with display hardware, AV equipment, basic electrical systems, networks and computer hardware/softwareTaking a first-time-fix approach wherever possibleWorking independently across Birmingham and the MidlandsManaging tools and spare parts held within your company vehicleSafely operating access equipment and toolsManaging work permits, security passes and individual customer site requirementsProviding clear reports and photographs following site visitsMaintaining high standards of Health and Safety and site housekeepingBuilding strong relationships ..... full job details .....
