A reputable and forward-thinking automotive dealership, is seeking a vehicle sales administrator to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join a fun and friendly team. Previous experience working in the motor trade is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales department in processing customer vehicle orders and handling all related administration
- Process vehicle orders, arrange taxation, and assist the wider team with finance paperwork and tracking
- Manage a demanding workload while prioritising tasks efficiently
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered accurately to meet customer specifications

About You:

- Exceptional administrative and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A team player who can also work independently to ensure smooth dealership operations.

Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is ideal, but not essential - full training will be provided for candidates with strong admin experience.
