HR Systems and Data Administrator - 12-month FTC Birmingham 31,500 p/a Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large public sector organisation based in Birmingham. They are looking for a HR Systems and Data Administrator to join their Workforce Planning Team on a 12-month basis. Duties and responsibilities of HR Systems and Data Administrator include:Accurately input and maintain comprehensive training schedules within the rostering system, ensuring all staff receive required training while maintaining operational coverMonitor employee absences and vacancies to ensure training availability, while considering skills, rank, and fire engine typeProcess and manage complex amendments to employee records with accuracySupport wider Workforce Planning Team processes on systems such as UKG and Oracle, including tasks related to staff moves, leave, payments, and tickets. The ideal candidate will have:Strong IT skills, with experience of using various software packages, including ExcelThe ability to handle and process large amounts of manual and computerised information with care and confidentialityExceptional attention to detail and accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience in staffing or rostering.
