What you''ll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Promote an inclusive classroom environment

What we''re looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
• Patient and adaptable approach
• Strong teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
