Job Purpose:CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.Reporting to the Site Facilities Manager, the Technical Services Manager will be accountable for the successful management and delivery of all onsite technical/engineering services. They will demonstrate strong leadership qualities of a team of 5 technicians (including a supervisor), the Technical Services Team are responsible for ensuring the site and team are compliant with statutory and legislative requirements.
