Sales Order Management Coordinator
Sales Order Management Coordinator Temp Looking for a Sales Order Management Coordinator on a temporary basis to support contract administration, ERP order booking, invoicing, and financial tracking. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing contracts (quotations, work orders, purchase orders) for accuracy Booking contracts into ERP systems (e.g. Access, Sage) Supporting budget setup, forecasting, and contract spend tracking Setting up invoice profiles and raising internal purchase orders Maintaining accurate records and supporting Finance and Operations teams About you: 1 3 years experience in sales order processing / contract administration ERP system experience (Access, Sage, or similar) Strong Excel and MS Office skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with good numerical and analytical skills Equal Opportunities FPSG is committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief and age.
