About the Role:
- Full-time, term-time position starting in September 2025
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 & 4 (and potentially KS5 depending on subject expertise)
- Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning
- Providing targeted academic support, including 1:1 and small group interventions
- Ideal preparation for a future teacher training application

- Recent graduates (any subject) - strong academic background is desirable
- A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their development
- Confident communicators with a proactive and flexible approach
- Individuals who are reliable, patient, and eager to learn
