Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Milton Keynes and Surrounding Areas
Contract: Part-Time / Full-Time – Flexible Hours Available
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £100 – £150 (dependent on experience and responsibility)

About the Role:
Are you passionate about education and skilled at engaging students across Key Stages 3 to 5? Our partner schools in Milton Keynes are actively seeking proactive, confident Cover Supervisors to provide seamless classroom support in the absence of teaching staff. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of subjects, maintaining a productive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classrooms during teacher absences and manage pupil behaviour effectively

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring continuity of learning

• Confidently engage and motivate students aged 11-18 across various subjects or your specialist area

• Maintain a structured and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Current valid DBS or willingness to obtain one

• Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively

• Flexible, adaptable, and reliable approach to work

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant classroom experience

• Ability to provide at least two years’ employment references
