Electrical Instructor / Electrical Engineering Trainer Location: MOD Lyneham, Wiltshire Salary: £45,800-£48,800We are looking for an Electrical Instructor / Electrical Engineering Trainer to deliver General Technician Electrical training within a structured engineering training environment at MOD Lyneham.You do not need prior military experience. While an understanding of defence or RAF structures is helpful, it is absolutely not essential. Full support and development will be provided. If you don t yet hold a teaching qualification, we will support you in achieving a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training within your first 12 months. The Role As an Electrical Instructor, you will deliver and support training across electrical and electro-mechanical engineering subjects including: Electrical power generation and distribution (single-phase and three-phase) Electrical systems and general electronics Industrial electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis Electro-mechanical systems Engineering health and safety standards You will play a key role in developing competent electrical technicians through structured classroom delivery, practical workshop instruction and formal assessment.
