As part of an ambitious finance transformation programme, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with charity accounting requirements, strengthening financial controls, and supporting the organisation through its first audit and reporting cycle as a charity. Working closely with senior finance leadership, including a newly appointed Director of Finance, you will help shape future finance processes, governance arrangements, and reporting structures during a period of significant change. About the RoleThis newly created interim position has been established to provide specialist charity finance expertise and additional capacity during an important transition period. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing financial activity and accounting treatments completed during the current financial year. Assessing compliance with charity accounting regulations and reporting requirements. Supporting year-end audit preparation and audit readiness.
