Purpose of Serious Injury- Team Leader The Team Leader will provide supervision and technical guidance as well as overall leadership to a team of Serious Injury Fee Earners (). Caseloads are predominantly RTA and range in value from £25k up to £125k. You will provide end to end technical support and coaching on cases, be responsible for the adherence to our robust supervision framework as well as be accountable for delivery of your teams objectives and KPIs. The role holder will require a sound technical knowledge of personal injury (RTA) work as well as experience of supporting and developing team members through effective coaching and mentoring.
