We''re actively recruiting for an experienced Security Officer to join our clients team based in Barton Under Needwood on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out gatehouse duties, monitoring access to the site Sign in visitors and deliveries, ensuring they are expected and authorised Liaise with colleagues and site staff to maintain smooth operations Conduct regular site patrols to ensure safety and security standards are upheld Respond promptly to incidents, escalating where necessary Maintain accurate records and logs in line with site procedures Candidate requirements: Strong communication skills and professional manner Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents Team player with a proactive approach to maintaining site safety Previous security or gatehouse experience essential Valid SIA licence advantageous Working hours: 4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm An immediate start is available for the successful Security Officer.
