A London developer is looking to appoint a Design Manager to support the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submission and Gateway process for a large 600+ unit residential scheme in Camden.

This role will be heavily involved in regulatory coordination, design compliance and consultant management at a critical stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design coordination process for a large residential development
• Lead the BSR and Gateway submission process
• Coordinate architects, consultants and specialist designers
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety requirements
• Work closely with the development and construction teams

Requirements

• Experience working as a Design Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator on large residential schemes
• Strong consultant management and coordination skills
• Experience within a developer or main contractor environment

This is a key role on a major London scheme entering an important regulatory stage.
