As part of this ambitious project, Sir Robert McAlpine will play a key role in delivering a specialist research and innovation facility, incorporating complex mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) systems alongside advanced building technologies. The project presents an opportunity to contribute to a technically challenging development where commercial expertise, collaboration and precision are essential to successful delivery. We are looking for an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join our team and take a leading role in managing the commercial performance of the MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the project leadership team, MEP delivery teams, consultants and supply chain partners, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, managing contractual obligations and ensuring effective cost control across the MEP works.
