Warehouse Operative

Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: -12.70 / Hour
Shift Patterns: 7:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

The Opportunity

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a growing and fast-paced team initally on a 3 month contract basis, however, there is the potential for this to turn into a permanent role for the right person.

Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control
• Operating warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required)
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures
• Supporting other warehouse and logistics activities as needed

About You

We''re looking for candidates who:

• Have previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or stores experience (preferred but not essential)
• Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail
• Are comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Hold a forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
