Please note: Due to the rural location of the school and the lack of public transport, applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students throughout the school day, helping them access learning, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes. You may work within a classroom, support a small group, or provide dedicated 1:1 support to an individual student. While consistency is important, flexibility is essential. You may be required to support different classes, year groups, or students to meet the needs of the school.
