Essential Requirements
Good standard of education (5 x GCSE''s - English and Maths C or above).
Valid enhanced DBS.
Right to Work in the UK.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Desirables
Have experience working with children (Does not have to be within a school setting).
A relevant, recognised qualification such as the NVQ for Teaching Assistants or Qualified first aider.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Supporting the teaching staff to help implement the curriculum.
Under the supervision of the class teacher, undertake a range of directed activities to support the educational and development needs of pupils.
Assist in the evaluation of student progress while feeding this back to the teacher.
Assist teachers with the organisation and maintenance of the classroom resources.
