Finance Assistant (Hybrid)
Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be working on a hybrid basis. The role will be working as part of the Finance team, supporting with sales ledger duties, checking of billing information, processing payments, invoices, credit notes etc.Salary: 27KLocation: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a weekFinance Assistant duties:Processing of invoices and credit notesSending out statementsChecking and processing of client information - billing information Monitoring, checking and matching payments receivedProcessing paymentsRespond to any client account - payment queries Update balances in the accounting systemsSkills and experience:Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, payments etc.Good IT, using systems such as Sage or SAPExcellent communication skills
